    When Revisional Jurisdiction Can Be Invoked

    As a practitioner, I know that navigating the corridors of the High Court’s revisional jurisdiction is often like walking a tightrope. It is one of the most misunderstood and, consequently, misapplied areas of procedural law. Many young associates, and even some seasoned seniors, mistake a Revision for a “Second Appeal” in disguise.
